ISO 9001:2008 Standard: 

Rig Metals LLC is an ISO 9001 certified company. Originally certified in 2008 and successfully recertified in June 2009 to the latest edition of the standard. Most successful worldwide standard, the ISO 9001:2008 is an inevitable step for a company to ensure a constant growth based on client’s satisfaction. The annual audit ensures that Rig Metals LLC is matching all require ments needed to achieve customer satisfaction and is applying formalized processes to ensure efficiency and reactivity.



API Q1 Standard: 

The API Q1 Standard is the most famous standard of the American Petroleum Institute. Based on the ISO 9001, with some additional features dedicated to the petroleum industry, the API Q1 is a Quality Management Standard. Quality oriented, this standard is a requirement to work with the today’s greatest contractors of the Oil and Gas Industry. It’s also a first mandatory step to allow Rig Metals LLC achieving technical standards like the API 4F standard.



API 4F Standard: 

Obtained in June 2009, the API 4F standard is the first technical standard held by Rig Metals. This standard allows Rig Metals LLC to design and manufacture Mast and Substructure for Drilling and Well Servicing Operations. This exigent standard is about marking, inspection, method of rating and design loading of the equipment. Rigorous project management, highly qualified QC department and strong design capabilities are the required keys to succeed in the management of a 4F Project.



CSC/DNV Certification: 

Obtained in February 2010, the CSC/DNV Certification allows Rig Metals LLC to manufacture off-shore containers frame which are matching both CSC and DNV standards. This double certifications provide flexibility to our client and ensure that the product is matching the world’s most stringent off-shore standards. Both certifications are obtained in two steps: First an approved third party must perform a design review prior to a physical testing.
